The appeal in the Russian civil process: history and modernity

Modern Russia was passing through the serious way on creation of the effective judicial authority, based on the democratic principles of justice. Generally, reformations were based on the analysis of the historical experience of the post-reform Russia of the second half of the 19th century. The operating judicial system can be compared with the system, created on the basis of Judicial Statutes of 1864. At the present time one can find the unification of the civil and arbitration procedure of legislation.
