The technological complex of production the power and high-precision size-stable integrated type construction from fibrous composite materials (CM) is approved. The complex includes the equipment for production the elements of constructions from such materials and thermal-compression equipment. Technologies of processing the integrated constructions are based on the principle of formation all elements of constructions combined in time. Preparation formation in the co-perpendicular planes is carried out by excessive pressure in the autoclave and elastic deformation of thermoextending mandrels which are in internal cavities of preparation. The choice of material of thermoextending forming elements is made. Various design-technological decisions are analyzed when developing power and size-stable elements of constructions made by combined formation.
