With the introduction of paragraph 2 of article 671 of the Civil code provided that the premises is in the possession and (or) use of legal entities only on the basis of a lease agreement or other agreement and only for the residence of citizens. Thus, for the lease of residential premises, in contrast to the tenancy agreement, a separate contract (Chapter 35 of the Civil code). The appearance of paragraph 2 of article 671 Chapter 35 of the Civil code means that you cannot use premises not for the designated purpose (i.e. not for habitation). As a consequence of this rule, the contract of lease of premises is exactly the type of lease and not a tenancy.
