The article considers the geographical location and the architectural and planning structure of the Arkhangelsk Copper-Smelting Plant. It has been determined that the core of the residential development of the modern village of Arkhangelskoye in the Republic of Bashkortostan were three streets compactly built in 1753 on the left bank of the Askyn River and fenced with a wooden fortress wall into pillars with three defensive towers. The slag field left after copper ore smelting for more than a hundred years had become part of the natural landscape: the factory pond is a river in the village of Arkhangelskoye.
