Architectural and historical heritage of the village Oreanda on the southern coast of Crimea

In the article presents the historical and artistic analysis of the recreational complex «Nijnya Oreanda», created in the 1950s on the territory of the Royal estate «Orianda». During the formal- stylistic analysis of the investigated architectural monument, considered the decorative and stylistic features of the construction, the interaction with the landscape environment, the structural and spatial originality of the object. The study of the historical development of the settlement of Oreanda revealed the retrospective characteristics of the architectural and cultural space of the region: the creation of the architectural masterpieces (the Palace and the sanatorium) and unique park and garden complex.
