Archival sources on the history of the Great Patriotic War in digital format: structure and features

The article examines the systematization of the website of the Central archive of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, in particular, the portal "Memory of the people", the specifics of its structure and features, the role in ordering disparate archival documents, logs of military operations, orders of command, notes of commanders, etc. It also reveals the portal's feedback mechanism with the masses through the Memory Gallery, where each person can upload archival documents of their family, photos, and thus create a unique opportunity to write the collective history of the country during the great Patriotic war.
