Archives of the electronic documents: problems and possible solutions

Informatization of public administration is one of the priorities of the development of the Russian society. The most important problems of the present stage of this process are the introduction and use of electronic records management systems in public administration and the creation of archives of electronic records. The article is a summary of the results of research devoted to the development and methodological approaches to the problem of creation and operation of an information system archive of electronic records. The article describes the functional requirements of the system archives of electronic records, which is a part of a common set of information systems and archiving of electronic records.
