Realization of mineral resource and logistic capacity of Russia's Arctic zone - how to perform the tasks defined by the "May" decree of the president of Russia

Decree of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin of may 7, 2018 № 204 «On national goals and strategic objectives of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024» set the task of development of the Northern sea route and set indicators of such development - ensuring the flow of cargo on it to 80 million tons per year by 2024.
