Arctic is not faceless. Arctic is real people, with their own history and experience

Ildar Dzhuraev told the Journal about his life in the Arctic, work as a top manager, his professional achievements in the management of a municipal institution and plans for 2015. He presented his assessment of the development of the North, emphasizing the uniqueness of Taimyr, where almost all minerals could be found. He noted that Taimyr was inhabited by really strong-willed people with high potential and ability to work, who were concerned about the problems of the Arctic and were willing to contribute to its development.
