The problem of modern cultural marketing lies in the fact that along with the numerous innovations and abundance of products, the offered services and products in the field of culture most often do not correspond to the expectations of the buyer, they do not take into account the specific features of his figurative perception, emotional state, gender differences and ethnic stereotypes of perception.
