Degenerative diseases of a hip joint (for example aseptic necrosis of the femoral head), one of modern problems of the orthopedics which appears at working-age people. ANFH as multifactory pathology with not clear etiology and the beginning, high risk of development at young age and lack of efficient methods of treatment requires the greatest attention and studying.
