This article presents a sort of collation of two documents - The Extracts from the Bernshteyn's book, and V.M.Chernov's program- appearances. The author of the article makes analyze of singularity in German social-democratic agrarian thought, and Russian neonarodnichestvo, presented by social-revolutionary's socialization of land.
