Some aspects of the image of a head of internal affairs bodies

The article substantiates the necessity of multifaceted definition of the concept of image of a head of Internal Affairs bodies'. The form and the content of the image concept are discussed. The specificity of head's image understanding manifested in its informational, status conditionality is emphasized. The author considers the value of the image’s object for its subject as a measure of vital necessity associated with the subject's need for security, which leads to the evaluative response. The paper discusses such an aspect of the head’s image as incompleteness that creates space for second-guessing, which result in the discrepancy between the figure of a head and his image.
