Aspects of physical activity communication with cognitive functions

The article deals with the influence of physical loads of different types on a person's cognitive abilities. On the basis of literature sources, the results of experimental studies showing the dependence of the state of the brain, as well as the dynamics of mental activity when a person is exposed to various types of physical activity are presented.
