Post-graduate education of Chelyabinsk Polytechnic Institute in the period of restructuring

The article deals with different aspects of post-graduate education of Chelyabinsk Polytechnic Institute in the period of restructuring, major problems in development of the Institute at that time, a place of post-graduate education in schools of thought formation, training of qualified teaching staff are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the work of the University officials in preservation of the institute of post-graduate education at the turn of 80—90ss of the 20 th century.
