The associations Artemisio-Aeluropodetum repentis, Frankenio-Aeluropodetum repentis and Halocnemum strobilacetum-community in vicinities of settlement Gasan-Kuli (South-West Turkmeniya)

Two new plant associations in the Atrek-river valley (Southwest Turkmenia) are described and characterized (Braun-Blanquet approach). One of them is included in the class Salicornietea fruticosae, order Kalidietalia caspici, and alliance Kalidion caspici. Position of the second association in the system of syntaxa is not established. Besides basal community Halocnemum strobilaceum-[Salicornietea fruticosae] is characterized. The ecological characteristic of plant communities is made.
