Associative nitrogen-fixation and photosynthesis productivity in plants of spring soft wheat under the influence of ecological conditions and application of fertilizers

The efficiency of nitrogen-fixation and photosynthesis productivity in spring soft wheat plants under the influence of different factors (soil type, doses of mineral fertilizers, reaction of soil medium and others) were investigated. In conditions of microfield and field experiments the author estimates an efficiency of inoculation of spring soft wheat seeds by Agrobacterium radiobacter 200, determines a relationship between crop capacity and soil reaction (chernozem leached and gray forest soil) and application of mineral fertilizers. It was established, that neutralization of acid soil reaction promote to significant increase of amount of fixed nitrogen. It was shown, that inoculation efficiency of spring soft wheat seeds by rizoagrin depends on many unregulated factors, but also may be controlled by means of usage of responsive varieties, liming of soils and application of rational system of fertilization.
