On the basis of a considerable quantity of researches of various authors under the theory of work of muscles it is established that muscular contraction can not be carried out under the theory of H. Huxley è J. Hanson, because ATP is an energetic-lubricant component of muscular contraction, that hinders to create an actin-myosin complex.
