The article deals with the problem of atomization of information consciousness in the context of information policy. The atomization of information mass consciousness can make it diffi cult for individuals to access accurate and reliable information. There is a demand for an information policy that promotes transparency and open access to information. The atomization of information consciousness can also have implications for privacy and security. With so much information being shared and shared online, people can be at risk of having their personal information compromised. Information policy should address these issues by developing rules that protect people's privacy and security.She also emphasizes the importance of media education in information policy. Media literacy training can help people develop the skills and knowledge needed to critically evaluate information and understand the broader context in which it is presented. Atomization can lead to the spread of false information and misinformation, which can have serious social consequences. Information policy addresses these issues by developing rules that make individuals and organizations liable for the dissemination of false or misleading information. Addressing these challenges requires a multifaceted approach that includes promoting media literacy, protecting privacy and security, ensuring access to accurate and reliable information, and holding individuals and organizations accountable for spreading false or misleading information.
