Attribution components of condition of patients with diagnose “Ischemia of the heart muscle. Exertional angina”

This article examines the attributive components of patients with diagnose “Ischemia of the heart muscle. Exertional angina". The authors review briefly the results of their own pilot empirical researches of the attribution process. The research results allow the authors to conclude that there are two unconnected to each other aspects: the patients' propensity to impute the causes of the disease to external circumstances, and, simultaneously, to articulate their own uncon-structive activities and reactions. Moreover, the ST-elevated myocardial infarction patients are not inclined to see the relation between these facts.
