The forms of assessment of the organization’s personnel are considered. Attestation is presented as one of the most effective forms of assessment, the features of its implementation are studied. The stages of attestation implementation and personnel requirements are described. It is noted that the assessment of the work of personnel is the process of collecting, analyzing and evaluating information about the performance of the assigned work by employees and finding out to what extent their working behavior, performance indicators and individual characteristics meet the established requirements.
