Audio and video recordings as evidence

The article discusses the features and essence of audio- and video- recordings as a means of proof in a civil process. The relevance of using audio- and video- evidence at present is considered. The point of view is argued that audio- and video- evidence in a civil process are independent evidence that have their own specific features and a certain value.
