Autoplastic using wide based flaps at surgical treatment of patients with partially abnormal drainage of pulmonary veins (PADPV)

A new method of surgical treatment of PADPV using autoplastic technology excluding the usage of devitalised plastic materials has been proposed by the authors. An analysis of first five clinical observations proving reliability and effectiveness of correction of different variants of the abnormal drainage of right pulmonary veins has been conducted. The immediate results are quite good. The time of aortal occlusion from 35 min to 46 min 30 sec and a short rehabilitation period from 1 min to 3 min 30 sec can be an evidence of an effectiveness of surgical treatment and reliability of non-perfusion hypothermic protection.
