The list of oil refineries of the Russian Federation is submitted. Statistical results of accidents at oil refineries of the Russian Federation are yielded. The main reasons for accidents are shown. For decrease in number of accidents at oil refineries it is offered to carry out retraining of administrative technicians according to special programs.
