The purpose of this article is to describe the process of automation of test-question generation procedure to control knowledge of software reliability assessment methods. The article describes types of mathematical models used by the developed test generation system and their properties. Features of the user interface are described. It also describes the process of generation of test tasks, which includes the preparation of initial data with the calculation of indicators by appropriate models and the formation of text files with images.
