The task of on-farm land management is to create an economic-appropriate combination of natural and economic factors that ensure minimum costs for the production of a product through the proper placement of land and means of production. The effect of these factors should be such that environmental conditions are observed on an equal basis with economic ones. Successful solution of the problem is impossible without geoinformation modeling. Thanks to the creation and implementation of GIS, environmental monitoring of the area is greatly facilitated and the accounting of natural resources becomes orderly. Based on the simulation function, problem areas can be detected and prevented from increasing in the future. Geographic information systems allow to determine the relationship of the parameters of interest (for example, climate and soil) and to draw a conclusion about the state of the area. This research work is devoted to the development and implementation of automation of the process of land use planning based on new methods of geoinformation technologies. The developed technology is based on the use of a complex of modern geographic information systems, improved methods of collection and preparation of information, as well as a number of developed and implemented methods of creating land management projects and registration of plans and maps with the use of special applications. Assessment of natural resources, including land, should be considered from three positions: environmental or environmental, in terms of preserving the quality of the natural environment; economic and social. The assessment of the territory of SEC im. Kuibyshev showed that the level of load is significant, as the anthropogenic impact on the territory exceeds its natural capabilities. Ecosystem resilience is being lost. Implemented agroecological grouping of arable land according to its suitability for growing of zoned agricultural crops on the basis of qualitative characteristics of arable land, given the soil types, topography, the extent and types of erosion. 10 agro-production groups were singled out. Recommended anti-erosion measures and recommended crops are indicated for each group. According to the space image of the land use territory, the digitization of agricultural land plots was carried out.
