The article deals with topical issues of the use of digital technologies in the activities of a large distribution company. As part of the improvement of the company's development strategy, it is proposed to introduce automation of business processes, comprehensive analysis of distribution channels in FMCG, business analysis and a system to prevent customer churn. The implementation of the recommendations will significantly improve the accuracy of sales planning and forecasting, and increase the productivity of the company's staff.
