Automation of business processes as a tool for ensuring transparency of financial transactions

This paper discusses the role of business process automation in enhancing transparency in financial transactions. In recent years, with the growth of digitalization, there is a growing need for automated systems that can perform routine tasks impassively on a continuous basis. By automating the business processes of banks, it is possible to achieve a significant increase in the transparency of financial transactions due to the fact that every action performed by a machine is documented. At the same time, the automatic system eliminates the influence of the human factor, which also increases the transparency and «unbiasedness» of financial operations.
