Automation of business processes at large enterprises: comparative analysis of 1C:ERP and 1C:KA

This scientific article is devoted to a comparative analysis of two popular business process automation systems - 1C: ERP and 1C: KA - in order to determine their advantages and disadvantages for use in large enterprises. The article examined the main characteristics and functionality of both systems, as well as an analysis of their advantages and disadvantages. In particular, it was found that 1C:ERP has more functionality and allows you to automate all management processes in the enterprise, including production, financial and personnel, while 1C:KA is focused only on commercial processes. However, 1C:KA has a simpler interface and may be more convenient to use in some cases.
