Automation of budgeting through specialized software in the enterprise

The article discusses the process of automation of budgeting in the enterprise. Studied the approaches that are used by enterprises in the implementation of automation of budgeting. Also schematically presented are both of the main classical approaches to automation of budgeting and management accounting. The advantages and disadvantages of the two main strategies for automating the financial model of budgeting and management accounting are considered.
