Automation of availability control and preventive maintenance of technological equipment of an aircraft production enterprise

The article discusses the automation of control and planning of production, modification, repair, maintenance and movement of technological equipment employed on an aircraft manufacturing enterprise in conjunction with the product composition database, production plans based on the calculation of the product composition tree, warehouse management and accounting, also controlling elementary technological operations in the main production shops. It is proposed to collect primary data based on reading a machine-readable tag using a specialized device with streaming input/output, operating on a virtual COM port or as a /dev pool device, or using a mobile device operating within a secure network. The calculation of the primary operation registered by the system is proposed to be carried out using an intelligent expert system that works on the ontology of states and transitions of the system. This achieves a minimization of the operations required from the end user and, therefore, a shorter learning cycle. Based on the body of accumulated primary data, it is proposed to calculate the availability, production plan and scheduled preventive maintenance and repair of technological equipment.
