An automation of information support process to provide an instrument making plant with component parts

In order to maintain a smooth production flow for pilot and dramatically increasing small-scale production volume and to provide the required quality for production, a high rate of updating the design documentation for products is one the important factors. Today this problem became particularly critical as the delivery time of electronic components is substantially increased under the application of procurement procedures according to the Federal Law №223. The article represents the problem solution for algorithmization and automation of the provision processes to provide the assembling at the Instrument Making Plant with bought-in components by creating the unified information production management system based on the integration of two Russian software “1C: Administration of the manufacturing enterprise (ver.8)” and T-Flex DOCs, both linked with integration module.
