Automation of radioelectronics production processes on the example of introducing a digital warehouse logistics management system at an enterprise

This article examines the topic of the implementation of automated control and accounting systems at enterprises of the full cycle of production of radio electronics. It analyzes approaches to automation, and the choice of software based on the needs of a particular production. Also in the article, using the example of the automation of the processes of warehousing, picking and issuing components, an overview of modern warehouse equipment is presented, the main problems faced by enterprises in which process automation is not implemented, or is at a very low level are outlined. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that the automation of processes significantly increases the competitiveness of radio electronics manufacturers, reducing the cost of production, improving quality, while reducing the time spent on its production.
