The paper presents the hardware and software solution «Quality Guarantor», designed to organize monitoring and control of product parameters by means of machine vision. The hardware implementation is based on the use of a scanning module to create a point cloud and build a digital twin of the product. The software part of the solution allows clustering individual fragments of the product and comparing their parameters with the requirements of the design documentation. The proposed solution is recommended for implementation at modern industrial enterprises as part of an integrated quality management system.
