The automation of the warehouse systems based on the introduction of logistics robots

The article presents current advanced technologies of robotization of logistics systems of warehousing and cargo handling, allowing for increased efficiency of logistics processes in the industry and functional segments of performance; the role and significance of automation of warehousing systems based on the introduction of logistics robots were characterized; the prospects and problem aspects of the introduction of innovative technologies in warehouse logistics activities were identified; it was found that the logistics robotization of warehouse flow processes based on shuttle type technologies brings significant economic benefits realized in the form of reducing errors, possible accidents, negative human factors, losses and minimizing the risk factors; it was concluded, that for the modern warehouse minimization of operating costs is the dominant task, so new facilities built from scratch, according to the innovative perception of logistics technology, no longer need to enlarge the size, the maintenance of a large staff, and should be focused on saving time and money, optimizing the parameters of rhythm and capacity utilization.
