Choice automatization of parameters of technological process for producing of metal-fluiride covering with diffusion welding in vacuum

Some results of the laboratory tests of new metal-fluoride materials having resistance to the wear are presented. The materials were produced with diffusion welding in vacuum. They are designed for a sliding bearing and work without lubrication. The sistem of choice automatization of parameters of technological pricess is described.
