Automated information and analytical system for the approval of electronic documents on the example of work programs of disciplines

The results of the development of models and a prototype of the automated information and analytical system for the coordination of the documentation of the educational process are presented on the example of the work programs of disciplines. Automated information and analytical system models and software modules allow automating the RAP approval process, taking into account the versioning of the work programs of disciplines and the versioning of the approval algorithm, monitoring the approval process, and are also compatible with the information system of the university. The use of Automated information and analytical system allows the university staff (teachers, heads of departments, etc.) to receive up-to-date information on the work on the work programs of disciplines for further decision-making. This helps to increase the efficiency of creating documentation of the educational process.
