The article discusses the automated heating and ventilation system at fast food service establishments. The use of modern automation tools for consumers of thermal energy makes it possible to reduce the maximum temperature of the coolant and ensure the operation of several heat sources on a single network with the possibility of effective functioning of each. Automation of recording devices allows you to record and analyze the current operation of ventilation equipment, and for timely detection of dangerous deviations, warning signals are used to prevent interruption of the process and, as a result, defective products.
