Management of the department's activity in the process of preparation of educational program materials

As a part of modern education the university Department carries out educational, methodical and research activity. The most convenient approach to improving the efficiency of the Department is the automation of its activities, including in the process of preparation of educational materials, for example educational program. In universities often used their own systems of automation of the departments, but these solutions are not always adapted to the highly specialized needs of the university and not all of them fit the new standards. This article discusses methods and mechanisms of use of modern information technologies (IT) for management of the Department in the process of preparation of educational and methodical materials of the educational program, in particular curriculums, in accordance with the plans and standards of Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education 3++.
