Automated time accounting systems

Working time tracking facilitates the work of management and optimizes the work process, ensuring control of the attendance of workers at the workspace; recording violations of labor discipline by an employee; monitoring the work process of employees, as well as their activities in the workplace; calculation of the working time of each employee, which must be paid to the company. The article substantiates the need to use information systems to record employees' working time. Automated employee time tracking systems that are used in large companies are highlighted, and their advantages and disadvantages are studied.
