The article proposes an automated scanning two-beam spectrophotometer with a light source in the form of upgraded solid state dye laser LCI-301, which uses active laser elements on epoxy or porous glasses, made in the form of disks that allow for pumping of "one point" and set to the automatic rack radiator. Changing the range of radiation is due to the change of the active laser element. Setting the desired radiation wavelength within the range is done by using a tunable interferometer. Spectrophotometer is capable of fast scan within the range by applying a tunable interferometer sawtooth pulses from the generator. Setting the operating range is provided by the optical densities polarization attenuator. Overall management of the device operation and processing the results of measurements performed on a given computer program.
