Autonomous school is not a myth, but a reality!

This article presents an analysis of the changes that have occurred in the general education system over the past decade. The results of the implementation of the National Educational Initiative “Our New School” in each direction have been summed up. The article discusses the issues concerning financing the system of general and additional education. The key problems in the field of educational organizations management and their financing are identified including differentiation in the remuneration of teaching staff and the development of school infrastructure.
