Autonomous module of electric air ozonator

The design of an autonomous module of an electric air ozonator on a corona discharge is proposed, which is designed to improve the air quality indicators in a livestock room. According to the results of experimental studies, the dependence of the design parameters of the autonomous module of the electric air ozonator on the change in ozone concentration was revealed. It is established that the ozone concentration index increases with an increase in the operating voltage at the emitter and a decrease in the distance between the emitter electrodes (discharge gap). It is revealed that for the proposed design of an autonomous module of an electric air ozonizer, the maximum values of ozone concentration (up to 10 mg/m3) can be obtained by applying an operating voltage of 30 kV to the radiator and setting a gap between the electrodes of the radiator (discharge gap) in the region of 25 mm. Having studied the main indicators of the gas composition of the air environment during experimental studies in a livestock room, the following results were obtained (before/after air ozonation): ozone, mg/m3 (0,0015/0.026); hydrogen sulfide, mg/l (0,16/0,0003); ammonia, mg/l (0,13/0,005); carbon dioxide, mg/l (10/0,2); oxygen, % (21,1/21,7).
