The balance model of human resources of the Komi Republic

The article presents the author's Method of forecasting the balance of human resources of the Komi Republic as a methodology recommended by the Government of the Russian Federation for application in the calculation of the balance of labor resources in other federal entities. The author considers the results of the comparison of the original and federal procedures, as well as the figures confirming the forecast compiled according to the original method, which proves the validity of its application.
