Scoring model of crisis diagnosis for companies renting commercial real estate

Article exposes the nature of an entity's crisis diagnosis mechanism. According to a classification described in the article the problems of an application of crisis diagnosis instruments are divided on endogenous and exogenous. Based on the analysis of 30 domestic companies working with commercial real estate we develop a financial scorecard for crisis diagnosis and a scoring model to assess the stability offinancial position.
