BAR - the investment project directed to the future

The article describes the main historical stages of the investment project to build the Baikal-Amur Railway, and the economic development of the region explored topical issues of scientific and engineering and survey support construction of a highway, the development of the adjacent territory, identified historical patterns and paths of economic development in new areas of Siberia and the Far East.
