The bank and the entrepreneur. The needs of modern businesses

In this article, I would like to conduct a small analysis of individual entrepreneurs who work on the territory of the Republic of Komi, or rather in its capital - the city of Syktyvkar. The pros and cons of SBERBANK for starting a business, which were named by entrepreneurs during the survey, are considered. A comparative analysis of banking products/services with other banks is carried out. At the end of the article, we will propose improvements to banking products/services that will help SBERBANK retain customers and attract new ones.
