Development banks and their role in the national bank system

Article is devoted to consideration of the place and a role of commercial banks in the Russian bank system. Banks accumulate and will mobilize the money capital which is temporarily released in the course of a circulation of funds and provide in temporary use by that who needs the supplementary capital.
