Russia's banking system after Basel III

In 2013 has intensified the process of implementation in the Russian banking system prudential standards of the third level, developed by the Basel Committee, which is vividly reflected in legislative and regulatory documents of the regulator. Is it a panacea for adaptation of Basel - the issue being discussed. The article presents the state of implementation of the Basel recommendations, some of the positive and negative aspects of application of standards of credit organizations in Russia at the present stage.
