Banking systems and financial market mega-regulators: foreign experience and national practice

The actual article is devoted to providing research of different styles of banking systems and how the regulators are forming on financial markets by dint of evolving functions, which belongs to national and central banks. Despite the absolute predominance of double-tier decentralized banking system models in countries with free-market economy, inside such a clearly formed structure there can be also found a number of special cases, which have actual scientific interest and are included in article with actual examples of Finnish and German banking systems. Special emphasis is given in this article on the role of the Russian Central Bank in the whole Russian banking system and his examination as the whole unified regulator on financial market.
